Who sends these messages: text messages under this program are sent by GYC Construction, Inc.
What the messages are: this program sends safety compliance messages to GYC Construction, Inc. employees only. Each message contains a personal link to sign a toolbox safety talk or a company policy acknowledgment. If an item is not signed, we may send at most one reminder. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
How Employees Opt In
Employees opt in in person, at onboarding or at a crew meeting, by signing a written consent statement. We do not collect SMS opt-in through this website.
Message frequency: approximately 1-4 messages per week.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opting Out, Help, and Other Terms
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from this program unless you opt in again.
